These terms govern your use of the Classified iOS application and the website at theclassifiedapp.com, both operated by MediaVikings (CVR: DK43433547), Randers, Denmark ("we", "us"). By using Classified or the website, you agree to these terms.

What Classified is

Classified is a personal research tool for collecting, organizing, and presenting evidence from public sources. It is designed for independent thinkers who want to structure their research and keep a record of what they believe and why. The website at theclassifiedapp.com publishes editorial research deep-dives that catalogue documented information and the public discourse surrounding contested historical and current events.

Editorial framing of research content (important)

The research articles published on theclassifiedapp.com and made available within the Classified iOS application present, summarise, and contextualise theories, claims, and arguments that exist in public discourse, in independent research communities, and in the documented historical record. We aim to write neutrally — describing what researchers, believers, journalists, and official institutions have said about a given event — and to surface primary sources and named figures so readers can evaluate for themselves.

Nothing on the website or in the app should be read as a factual claim by MediaVikings or by Classified that any specific theory, allegation, or interpretation is true. When we report that "researchers argue," "believers counter," or "the official position holds," we are reporting positions held by other parties — not asserting our own. When we describe the views of specific named individuals, we are reflecting publicly stated views attributed to those individuals; readers should verify against primary sources.

The research content is provided for educational, journalistic, and analytical purposes. It is not legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. It is not a substitute for professional consultation, official government information, or peer-reviewed scientific literature. If you are making a decision that has consequences for your health, finances, legal standing, or wellbeing, consult a qualified professional — not a research article.

Some pages cover health-related topics including vaccines, fluoridation, pharmaceuticals, and public-health programmes. Some pages cover ongoing criminal cases including named suspects, defendants, and witnesses. Some pages cover current geopolitical events. In each case, the article presents the publicly-circulated theories alongside the official position; readers must form their own judgement, and individuals named in articles are presumed innocent of any wrongdoing until proven otherwise in the appropriate legal forum.

Content removal and corrections

If you believe a research article on theclassifiedapp.com or in the Classified application contains factually inaccurate information about you or about a named individual, contains material you have rights to that is being used without authorisation, or otherwise warrants removal or correction, please contact us at contact@theclassifiedapp.com.

Provide: (a) the URL of the article, (b) the specific passage in question, (c) the basis of your concern, and (d) any supporting documentation. We will review good-faith requests promptly and will remove, correct, or annotate content where appropriate. We reserve discretion over editorial decisions but commit to engaging with all credible inquiries.

Your account and content

Classified does not require an account. All content you create — cases, arguments, sources, notes, saved videos — stays on your device. You are solely responsible for this content.

Acceptable use

When using Classified, you agree to:

• Respect copyright, fair use, and the terms of service of platforms you download content from
• Not use the app to facilitate harassment, defamation, or illegal activity
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Not use automated systems to abuse the video download service

Content from third parties

Classified lets you save videos and links from platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to save and use that content. Saved content is for personal research only — not for republishing, commercial use, or distribution.

Classified is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these platforms.

Premium subscription

Classified offers a Premium subscription that unlocks features including video downloading, unlimited cases, and watermark removal.

Pricing and billing

• Subscription plans: Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime
• Prices are shown inside the app and may vary by region
• Auto-renewing subscriptions (Monthly, Yearly) renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
• The Lifetime plan is a one-time non-renewing purchase
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID

Cancellation

You can cancel an auto-renewing subscription anytime in your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

Refunds

Refund requests must be made directly through Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.

Disclaimers

Classified and theclassifiedapp.com are provided "as is". We make no warranties about:

• The availability or reliability of third-party video platforms
• Whether the video resolution service will continue to work for all platforms indefinitely
• The accuracy, completeness, or legal permissibility of content you save
• The accuracy, completeness, or interpretive correctness of any theory, claim, or argument described in the research articles published on theclassifiedapp.com or made available within the Classified application
• The current factual or legal status of any individual, event, or institution named in the research articles

Platforms change their systems frequently. We will work to maintain compatibility, but we cannot guarantee that all platforms will remain supported.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediaVikings is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of Classified, theclassifiedapp.com, or the research content published thereon — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, reputational injury, mental distress, decisions made in reliance on the content, or legal issues arising from content you save, share, or act upon. You use the content at your sole risk and bear sole responsibility for your interpretation of it and any decisions you make on its basis.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MediaVikings, its operators, and its contributors from any claim, damage, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the application or website in violation of these terms, including but not limited to claims arising from your republication, sharing, or use of any research content outside of personal reading.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use of Classified after updates constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law principles.
