Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Classified iOS application, operated by MediaVikings (CVR: DK43433547), Randers, Denmark ("we", "us"). By using Classified, you agree to these terms.
What Classified is
Classified is a personal research tool for collecting, organizing, and presenting evidence from public sources. It is designed for independent thinkers who want to structure their research and keep a record of what they believe and why.
Your account and content
Classified does not require an account. All content you create — cases, arguments, sources, notes, saved videos — stays on your device. You are solely responsible for this content.
Acceptable use
When using Classified, you agree to:
- Respect copyright, fair use, and the terms of service of platforms you download content from
- Not use the app to facilitate harassment, defamation, or illegal activity
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Not use automated systems to abuse the video download service
Content from third parties
Classified lets you save videos and links from platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to save and use that content. Saved content is for personal research only — not for republishing, commercial use, or distribution.
Classified is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these platforms.
Premium subscription
Classified offers a Premium subscription that unlocks features including video downloading, unlimited cases, and watermark removal.
Pricing and billing
- Subscription plans: Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime
- Prices are shown inside the app and may vary by region
- Auto-renewing subscriptions (Monthly, Yearly) renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
- The Lifetime plan is a one-time non-renewing purchase
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID
Cancellation
You can cancel an auto-renewing subscription anytime in your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
Refunds
Refund requests must be made directly through Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.
Disclaimers
Classified is provided "as is". We make no warranties about:
- The availability or reliability of third-party video platforms
- Whether the video resolution service will continue to work for all platforms indefinitely
- The accuracy, completeness, or legal permissibility of content you save
Platforms change their systems frequently. We will work to maintain compatibility, but we cannot guarantee that all platforms will remain supported.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediaVikings is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Classified, including loss of data, loss of income, or legal issues arising from content you save or share.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use of Classified after updates constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law principles.
